Privacy Notice
1. Who is responsible for your data?
The data controller is Bot Cristian Andrei, independent operator of the RouteSense project.

2. What data is collected?
When you join the beta waitlist, RouteSense collects:
- your email address;
- the time of your consent;
- the version of this Privacy Notice;
- the experiment source associated with the page you visited.
Netlify and Supabase may also process technical logs that are necessary for security, troubleshooting, and reliable operation of the site and signup function.
3. Why is the data used?
The data is used to administer the waitlist, contact you about beta access, send related beta updates, and measure the number of signups from each experiment source.
4. Legal basis and voluntary participation
The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Joining is voluntary. Without an email address, RouteSense cannot add you to the waitlist or contact you about beta access.
5. Who receives the data?
Data may be processed by the independent operator and service providers needed to run the waitlist:
- Supabase, used for database storage. The selected project region is AWS eu-west-1, Ireland.
- Netlify, used for site hosting and server-side functions.
These providers may use their own subprocessors. Where processing involves a transfer outside the European Economic Area, the transfer must rely on a legally applicable safeguard, such as an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses, as relevant to the provider and processing.
6. How long is the data kept?
Your waitlist data is kept until the first of these events:
- you withdraw your consent;
- the beta program ends;
- 24 months have passed.
Strictly necessary technical logs may follow the service provider’s applicable security and retention periods.
7. Your rights
Subject to the conditions in applicable law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, or portability of your personal data. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority.
8. Automated decisions, analytics, and cookies
RouteSense does not use your waitlist data for automated decision-making or profiling. This site does not add analytics or marketing cookies. Strictly necessary technical processing can still occur to deliver the page securely and submit the form.
